Bookings & quotes
Prices shown are estimates. The final quote is agreed after we assess your gear, and no chargeable work starts before you approve it.
Payment
You pay at the workshop on pickup — card or cash. No online payment is taken when you book.
Rentals & deposits
Rentals require a photo ID and a refundable deposit. Gear returned late or damaged beyond normal wear may incur a fee from the deposit.
Liability
We service equipment to manufacturer specs and verify every job, but you remain responsible for checking your gear before use on snow or trail.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. We hold completed gear in storage free for 14 days.
